Refund & Returns Policy
WoodCrafters complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
Custom-made Products
Most WoodCrafters products are handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless:
They arrive damaged.
They contain manufacturing defects.
They do not match the approved order.
Standard Products
If an item qualifies for return under the CPA, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours.
Send photographs of the packaging and damaged product.
We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Manufacturing Defects
Where a genuine manufacturing defect exists, WoodCrafters may:
Repair the item
Replace the item
Refund the purchase price
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before production begins may qualify for a refund less any costs already incurred.
Once manufacturing has started, cancellation charges may apply.
