Welcome to WoodCrafters.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
WoodCrafters designs and manufactures handcrafted wooden furniture, décor, children's products, and custom woodworking items in South Africa.
2. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
Some products are made to order and production only begins after payment clears.
We reserve the right to decline orders where necessary.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Quotations remain valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Production Times
Most handcrafted products require approximately 20 working days to manufacture.
Production times may vary during busy periods.
5. Product Variations
Because every item is handcrafted using natural timber:
Wood grain differs from piece to piece.
Slight colour variations may occur.
Minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayFast.
WoodCrafters does not store customers' card information.
7. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination.
Customers must ensure the delivery address supplied is accurate.
8. Warranty
Manufacturing defects reported within a reasonable period will be repaired, replaced or refunded where appropriate.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear is not covered.
9. Intellectual Property
All photographs, logos, product designs and website content remain the property of WoodCrafters.
